Anti-CI-10k antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CI-10k antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NDUFV3 gene, which encodes NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit V3. This protein is known to function in electron transport, among other biological roles. The human version of CI-10k has a canonical amino acid length of 108 residues and a protein mass of 11.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the mitochondria of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as CI-9KD. Indicated applications for CI-10k antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
