Anti-DCAF14 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target DCAF14 is a known alias name of the protein pleckstrin homology domain interacting protein, encoded by the PHIP gene in humans. This 1821-amino acid residue protein is a suspected regulator of the insulin and insulin-like growth factor signaling pathways. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in myeloma and epidermoid carcinoma cell lines. Other synonyms for DCAF14 include BRWD2 and CHUJANS. Indicated applications for DCAF14 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
