Anti-B3-1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the B3-1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CYTIP gene, which encodes cytohesin 1 interacting protein. The human version of B3-1 has a canonical amino acid length of 359 residues and a protein mass of 40 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as CASP. Indicated applications for B3-1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
