Anti-Endophilin-B2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Endophilin-B2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SH3GLB2 gene, which encodes SH3 domain containing GRB2 like, endophilin B2. The human version of Endophilin-B2 has a canonical amino acid length of 395 residues and a protein mass of 44 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the placenta and urinary bladder. This target antigen may also be known as SH3 domain-containing GRB2-like protein B2.
