Anti-TGR7 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TGR7 is a known alias name of the protein MAS related GPR family member D, encoded by the MRGPRD gene in humans. This 321-amino acid residue protein is believed to regulate nociceptor function and/or development, including the sensation or modulation of pain. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications.
