Anti-TAT1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TAT1 is a known alias name of the protein solute carrier family 16 member 10, encoded by the SLC16A10 gene in humans. This 515-amino acid residue protein is a member of the Monocarboxylate porter (TC 2.A.1.13) protein family. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features N-glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in the kidney and skeletal muscle and at lower level in the placenta and heart. Indicated applications for TAT1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
