Anti-SH120 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SH120 is a known alias name of the protein G protein-coupled receptor 89B, encoded by the GPR89B gene in humans. This 455-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in protein transport and the transport of ions, among other biological processes. It is localized to the Golgi of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types.
