Anti-PAF400 Antibody Products

Anti-PAF400 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PAF400 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TRRAP gene, which encodes transformation/transcription domain associated protein. This protein is known to function in chromatin organization and DNA repair, among other biological roles. The human version of PAF400 has a canonical amino acid length of 3859 residues and a protein mass of 437.6 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. Other names for this target antigen include DEDDFA, DFNA75, and PAF350/400. Indicated applications for PAF400 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
