Anti-TAFII105 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TAFII105 is a known alias name of the protein TATA-box binding protein associated factor 4b, encoded by the TAF4B gene in humans. This 862-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in protein phosphorylation and spermatogenesis, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is found to be highly expressed in ovarian granulosa cells.
