Anti-RNF165 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RNF165 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ARK2C gene, which encodes arkadia (RNF111) C-terminal like ring finger ubiquitin ligase 2C. This protein is known to function in protein ubiquitination, among other biological roles. The human version of RNF165 has a canonical amino acid length of 346 residues and a protein mass of 39.5 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. RNF165 is a member of the Arkadia protein family. Western Blot is the most common application for the RNF165 antibodies listed below. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
