Anti-NudE antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The NudE antigen is another term for the human protein nudE neurodevelopment protein 1, encoded by the NDE1 gene. The protein is known to be required for centrosome duplication and formation and function of the mitotic spindle. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 335 residues and a mass of 37.7 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is reported to be expressed in the neuroepithelium throughout the developing brain, including the cerebral cortex and cerebellum. The NudE protein is a member of the NudE protein family. Other alias names for NudE include HOM-TES-87, LIS4, and MHAC. Western Blot is a widely used application for the NudE antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
