Anti-KRTDAP antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein keratinocyte differentiation associated protein. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 99 amino acid residues and a mass of 11.1 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be highly expressed in skin and detected at lower levels in thymus. KRTDAP is believed to act as a soluble regulator of keratinocyte differentiation. Synonyms for this target antigen include KIPV467. KRTDAP gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Some KRTDAP antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
