Anti-p190RhoGAP antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target p190RhoGAP is a known alias name of the protein Rho GTPase activating protein 35, encoded by the ARHGAP35 gene in humans. This 1499-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in axon guidance and eye development, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane, nucleus, and cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in neutrophils. Other synonyms for p190RhoGAP include GRF-1, GRLF1, and P190-A. Indicated applications for p190RhoGAP antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
