Anti-NR1F2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target NR1F2 is a known alias name of the protein RAR related orphan receptor B, encoded by the RORB gene in humans. This 470-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a nuclear receptor that binds DNA as a monomer to ROR response elements (RORE) containing a single core motif half-site 5'-AGGTCA-3' preceded by a short A-T-rich sequence. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. Other synonyms for NR1F2 include EIG15 and ROR-BETA. Indicated applications for NR1F2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
