PMKA, or Phosphomevalonate kinase, is a human gene encoded by PMVK. It may also be known as: PMKase; hPMK; HUMPMKI; PMK. The encoded protein is an enzyme with an amino acid length of 192 and a mass of 22.0 kDa. Other isoforms may exist.
