Anti-AGAP9 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ArfGAP with GTPase domain, ankyrin repeat and PH domain 9. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 703 amino acid residues and a mass of 78 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Centaurin gamma-like protein family, AGAP9 is believed to be a type of GTPase-activating protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include centaurin-gamma-like family member 6, and arf-GAP with GTPase, ANK repeat and PH domain-containing protein 9. Western Blot is the most common application for the AGAP9 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
