Anti-COTE1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The COTE1 antigen is another term for the human protein endosomal transmembrane epsin interactor 3, encoded by the ENTREP3 gene. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 668 residues and a mass of 71.4 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane and it is widely expressed across many tissue types. The COTE1 protein is a member of the ENTREP protein family.
