Anti-SID-1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SID-1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SIDT1 gene, which encodes SID1 transmembrane family member 1. The human version of SID-1 has a canonical amino acid length of 827 residues and a protein mass of 93.8 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as SID-1. Indicated applications for SID-1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
