Anti-DZANK1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein double zinc ribbon and ankyrin repeat domains 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 752 amino acid residues and a mass of 82.2 kDa. Up to 5 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include C20orf12, C20orf84, double zinc ribbon and ankyrin repeat-containing protein 1, ankyrin repeat domain 64, ankyrin repeat-containing protein C20orf12, and ANKRD64. DZANK1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunocytochemistry is the most common application for the DZANK1 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
