Anti-Ral GDS antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The Ral GDS antigen is another term for the human protein ral guanine nucleotide dissociation stimulator, encoded by the RALGDS gene. The protein is known to function as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) activating either RalA or RalB GTPases and plays an important role in intracellular transport. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 914 residues and a mass of 100.6 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm and it is widely expressed in many tissue types.
