Anti-E6BP antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The E6BP antigen is another term for the human protein reticulocalbin 2, encoded by the RCN2 gene. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 317 residues and a mass of 36.9 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the ER and it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The E6BP protein is a member of the CREC protein family. Other alias names for E6BP include ERC-55 and ERC55.
