Anti-RND1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein Rho family GTPase 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 232 amino acid residues and a mass of 26.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and cytoplasm. It is notably expressed in the brain and liver. It is a member of the Rho protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include RHO6, RHOS, rho-related GTP-binding protein Rho6, ras homolog gene family, member S, and ARHS. RND1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of RND1 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
