Anti-HRNBP3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the HRNBP3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RBFOX3 gene, which encodes RNA binding fox-1 homolog 3. This protein is known to function in mRNA processing and nervous system development, among other biological roles. The human version of HRNBP3 has a canonical amino acid length of 312 residues and a protein mass of 33.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the hippocampus, colon, cerebral cortex, cerebellum, and caudate. Some HRNBP3 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
