Anti-H2-Ke2 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The H2-Ke2 antigen is another term for the human protein prefoldin subunit 6, encoded by the PFDN6 gene. The protein is known to bind specifically to cytosolic chaperonin (c-CPN) and transfers target proteins to it. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 129 residues and a mass of 14.6 kilodaltons. It is widely expressed in many tissue types. The H2-Ke2 protein is a member of the Prefoldin subunit beta protein family.
