Anti-PAS kinase antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene PASK, or 'PAS domain containing serine/threonine kinase' in humans. The 1323-amino acid protein is a member of the Protein kinase superfamily, CAMK Ser/Thr protein kinase family. The cellular localization is predicted to be cytoplasmic and nuclear.
