Anti-mt-TyrRS Antibody Products

Anti-mt-TyrRS antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the mt-TyrRS antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the YARS2 gene, which encodes tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase 2. This protein is known to function in protein translation, among other biological roles. The human version of mt-TyrRS has a canonical amino acid length of 477 residues and a protein mass of 53.2 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the mitochondria of cells. Other names for this target antigen include CGI-04, MLASA2, and MT-TYRRS.

I express recombinant proteins with HA tag in mammalian cells and try to monitor condensate formation with osmotic stress. Since there are no good antibodies against my protein of interest, tagging with a small HA tag allows visualization of my protein with the help of immunofluorescence.
