Anti-Ik3-1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Ik3-1 is a known alias name of the protein Cdk5 and Abl enzyme substrate 1, encoded by the CABLES1 gene in humans. This 633-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the cell cycle, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in breast, pancreas, colon, head and neck. Indicated applications for Ik3-1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
