Anti-TSLPR antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TSLPR is a known alias name of the protein cytokine receptor like factor 2, encoded by the CRLF2 gene in humans. This 371-amino acid residue protein is a known receptor for thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). It is localized to the cell membrane and is secreted of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is found to be expressed in the heart, skeletal muscle, kidney and adult and fetal liver. Western Blot is the most common application for the TSLPR antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
