Anti-Three prime repair exonuclease 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene TREX1 in humans. The gene may also be known as CRV, AGS1, DRN3, HERNS, 3' repair exonuclease 1, and 3'-5' exonuclease TREX1. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 33.2 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
