Anti-Sprouty RTK signaling antagonist 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene SPRY1 in humans. The gene may also be known as hSPRY1, protein sprouty homolog 1, and sprouty homolog 1, antagonist of FGF signaling. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 35.1 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
