Anti-ThPok antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ThPok is a known alias name of the protein zinc finger and BTB domain containing 7B, encoded by the ZBTB7B gene in humans. This 539-amino acid residue protein is a reported transcription regulator that acts as a key regulator of lineage commitment of immature T-cell precursors. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features ubiquitinated and acetylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for ThPok include CKROX and ZBTB15. Indicated applications for ThPok antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
