Anti-RPN10 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RPN10 is a known alias name of the protein proteasome 26S subunit ubiquitin receptor, non-ATPase 4, encoded by the PSMD4 gene in humans. This 377-amino acid residue protein is a known component of the 26S proteasome, a multiprotein complex involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for RPN10 include AF, AF-1, and ASF. Some RPN10 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
