Anti-Munc 13-4 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Munc 13-4 is a known alias name of the protein unc-13 homolog D, encoded by the UNC13D gene in humans. This 1090-amino acid residue protein is reported to play a role in cytotoxic granule exocytosis in lymphocytes. It is localized to the membrane, lysosomes and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed at high levels in spleen, thymus and leukocytes. Indicated applications for Munc 13-4 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
