Anti-Lgl1 antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene CRISPLD2, or 'cysteine rich secretory protein LCCL domain containing 2' in humans. The 497-amino acid protein is a member of the CRISP family. The cellular localization is predicted to be secreted. Glycosylation sites have been reported.
