Anti-CLC7 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CLC7 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CLCN7 gene, which encodes chloride voltage-gated channel 7. The human version of CLC7 has a canonical amino acid length of 805 residues and a protein mass of 88.7 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the lysosomes of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as HOD. Indicated applications for CLC7 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
