Anti-ARFGEF3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ARFGEF family member 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 2177 amino acid residues and a mass of 240.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasmic vesicles and cytoplasm. It is reported to be expressed in breast cancer cell lines. ARFGEF3 is known to participate in the regulation of systemic glucose homeostasis, where it negatively regulates insulin granule biogenesis in pancreatic islet beta cells (By similarity). Synonyms for this target antigen include protein phosphatase 1, regulatory subunit 33, and brefeldin A-inhibited guanine nucleotide-exchange protein 3. ARFGEF3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some ARFGEF3 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
