Anti-TMEM160 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 160. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 188 amino acid residues and a mass of 19.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the mitochondria. It is a member of the TMEM160 protein family. TMEM160 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. These TMEM160 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
