Anti-MURF3 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The MURF3 antigen is another term for the human protein tripartite motif containing 54, encoded by the TRIM54 gene. The protein is believed to bind and stabilize microtubules during myotubes formation. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 358 residues and a mass of 40.3 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is notably expressed in the heart and skeletal muscle.
