Anti-ATP Citrate Lyase antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene ACLY in humans. The ATP Citrate Lyase protein has an expected mass of 120.8 kDa, but there are 3 reported isoforms. The protein may also be known as ACL, ATPCL, CLATP, ATP-citrate synthase, and ATP-citrate (pro-S-)-lyase. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
