Anti-TINT1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TINT1 is a known alias name of the protein ACD shelterin complex subunit and telomerase recruitment factor, encoded by the ACD gene in humans. This 458-amino acid residue protein is a known component of the shelterin complex (telosome) that is involved in the regulation of telomere length and protection. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for TINT1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
