Anti-SAC1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SAC1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SACM1L gene, which encodes SAC1 like phosphatidylinositide phosphatase. This protein is reported to be a phosphoinositide phosphatase, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate (PtdIns(4)P). The human version of SAC1 has a canonical amino acid length of 587 residues and a protein mass of 67 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER and Golgi of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for SAC1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
