Anti-NCKX1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target NCKX1 is a known alias name of the protein solute carrier family 24 member 1, encoded by the SLC24A1 gene in humans. This 1099-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the transport of ions and the regulation of intracellular calcium, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in the retina, particularly in the inner segment, outer and inner nuclear layers, and ganglion cell layer. Other synonyms for NCKX1 include CSNB1D, HsT17412, and NCKX. Indicated applications for NCKX1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence.
