Anti-ODZ4 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ODZ4 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TENM4 gene, which encodes teneurin transmembrane protein 4. This protein is known to function in neuronal development and oligodendrocyte differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of ODZ4 has a canonical amino acid length of 2769 residues and a protein mass of 308 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane, nucleus, and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the cerebral cortex. ODZ4 is a member of the Tenascin protein family.
