Anti-Pol Lambda antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Pol Lambda is a known alias name of the protein DNA polymerase lambda, encoded by the POLL gene in humans. This 575-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a DNA polymerase that functions in several pathways of DNA repair. It is localized to the nucleus and chromosomes of the cell.
