Anti-erasin antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the erasin antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the UBXN4 gene, which encodes UBX domain protein 4. This protein is known to be involved in endoplasmic reticulum-associated protein degradation (ERAD). The human version of erasin has a canonical amino acid length of 508 residues and a protein mass of 56.8 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and ER of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include UBXD2 and UBXDC1. Indicated applications for erasin antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
