Anti-CRYBG3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein crystallin beta-gamma domain containing 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 2970 amino acid residues and a mass of 330.6 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Beta/gamma-crystallin protein family, CRYBG3 is known to be involved with eye development. Synonyms for this target antigen include beta-gamma crystallin domain containing 3, beta/gamma crystallin domain-containing protein 3, and very large A-kinase anchor protein. CRYBG3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Indicated applications for CRYBG3 antibodies listed below include Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence.
