Anti-KLHL33 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein kelch like family member 33. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 533 amino acid residues and a mass of 57.8 kDa. It is notably expressed in the skeletal muscle. Synonyms for this target antigen include kelch-like protein 33. KLHL33 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the KLHL33 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
