Anti-Allergin-1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Allergin-1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MILR1 gene, which encodes mast cell immunoglobulin like receptor 1. This protein is known to function in receptor-mediated signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of Allergin-1 has a canonical amino acid length of 343 residues and a protein mass of 38.7 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the spleen, lymph node, and bone marrow. This target antigen may also be known as allergin-1.
