Anti-Daple antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Daple antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CCDC88C gene, which encodes coiled-coil domain containing 88C. This protein is known to function in the regulation of Wnt signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of Daple has a canonical amino acid length of 2028 residues and a protein mass of 228.2 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Daple is a member of the CCDC88 protein family.
