Anti-CD307 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The CD307 antigen is another term for the human protein Fc receptor like 5, encoded by the FCRL5 gene. The protein is suspected to be involved in B-cell development and differentiation in peripheral lymphoid organs and may be useful markers of B-cell stages. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 977 residues and a mass of 106.4 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and it is reported to be expressed in marginal zone B-cells, immunoblasts, tonsillar germinal center centrocytes and in the intraepithelial and interfollicular regions of the tonsil. Indicated applications for CD307 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
